biblatex-mla updated to version 0.7

Version 0.7 of biblatex-mla allows for compatibility with the latest version of biblatex (0.8d), improves Works Cited entries and footnote citations, fixes some long-standing bugs, and adds many new features, including the following:

support for entry types @suppbook and @suppcollection
support for reprints and translations
improved localization for non-American (and American) users
